Quantity Surveyor (High End Residential)Exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor at a rapidly expanding New Build and High End Residential company based in South London, offering a good day rate to secure the right individual and even starting as soon as the 6th..The Company: My client is a good sized contractor known for their New Build, High End Residential and High End Commercial work usually. They are seeking a highly capable Quantity Surveyor with experience working in High End Residential, who is able to efficiently manage projects ranging from £3m-£10m and carry out a project from the start all the way until final accounts. Quantity Surveyor (High End Residential) Role:  

'€¢Dealing with CVR reports, costing'€¢Final Accounts, Forecatsing costs'€¢Project and Cost management

Quantity Surveyor (High End Residential) Requirements:

'€¢High End Residential experience'€¢High End Commerial experience'€¢Sub contractor experience (prefferable)'€¢Specialist contracting experience (prefferable)
