Business Analyst-Gaming-London-6 Months- £350-450 p/d

My well respected clients are an online gaming company, who are looking for an experienced, active and ambitious Business Analyst to join their team. This role requires someone who is looking to be a catalyst for change. The role will require improving business processes throughout the company, by providing valuable insight into business needs, the direction of the business and adding a dynamic edge to the company.

Ideally we are looking for someone with experience using a high availability website and strong exposure to senior stakeholders and clients. Though working at a high availability website is not essential, it would be a big bonus if you had.

Responsibilities:

* Evaluating information gathered from numerous sources, reconciling conflicts, and distinguishing user requests from underlying needs and problems worth solving

* Eliciting, validating and documenting both business and technical requirements using a variety of methods suitable for Agile delivery i.e. business cases, stakeholder maps, user journeys etc.

* Collaborating with both Project Managers and Product Managers, and the software development team

* Working closely with developers and technical architects to understand technology limitations, recommendations and development options within the underlying business needs you're trying to resolve

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience practising as a BA/PM/PO

* Experience of management of analysis activities through delivery

* Exposure working in an Agile environment or understanding the principles of Agile software development

* Experience working in technology/digital industry (or similar)
