An exciting opportunity has arisen at a growing firm for a certified Scrum Master to join their team and implement and embed an Agile working environment. You will be responsible for creating and developing the

Scrum framework as well as:

· Facilitating Scrum teams through Scrum processes and ceremonies

· Developing a community of Scrum Masters to work collaboratively within the Agile framework

· Ensuring that the new culture of collaboration between Scrum Masters adds value back into the business

The successful candidate will be CSM qualified and perform the typical activities of a Scrum Master. These will include facilitating daily Scrums, supporting product owners, providing mentorship, coaching, support and development of relationships across the wider organisation.

You will be ideal for this role if you enjoy the challenge of embedding an Agile framework and are creative, energetic, adaptable and are experienced in identifying risk. You will also have experience of working with a low agile maturity scrum team, have strong leadership skills be an excellent communicator.
