Big Data Hadoop Developer - Rate TBC

Are you looking to gain commercial exposure to an international client? An opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious organisations in the world based in Dubai has arisen for a Big Data Hadoop Developer (with a proven background in Hadoop Implementation) to work on a long term contract basis.

Key Skills - Experience in most of the below technologies is essential

*Hadoop, Cloudera

*Big Data technologies, such as: o HDFS and related technologies (Avro, Parquet, Snappy) o Map Reduce and Yarn o Hive, Pig, Impala o Spark and Spark Streaming (preferably Scala based) o Kafka, Flume, Sqoop o Oozie

*Experience with following technologies is a bonus: o Elastic Search o Cassandra o HBase o Tachyon / Alluxio o Data Science - Python, R o Datameer / Trifacta / Paxata and similar tools.
