Quantity Surveyor | Residential Developer | Essex

This structured and well established developer have been steadily expanding over the past three years hence the need to add an additional Quantity Surveyor to their experienced commercial team based in Essex.

Based out of my client's regional office in Essex, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be mostly working on residential developments located in Essex. This position is ideal for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take a step up or a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge.

Reporting directly to the Commercial manager, you will be working alongside another experienced Quantity Surveyor and together you will be responsible for taking a number of residential developments through from inception to completion.

Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

* Must have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.

* Evidence of managing both internal and external packages on large residential projects.

* Experience working on residential D&B projects.

* Project leading experience will be advantageous.

* Main contractor or developer background.

Remuneration for this Quantity Surveyor position:

* £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).

* Car allowance.

* Paid travel expenses.

* Pension scheme.

* Annual bonus.

* Excellent training and mentoring.
