This small digital agency is growing fast and looking to expand their team. They are based in London Bridge and have a varied mix of great clients who sell everything from beauty products to building insurance.

They are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic digital designer with a strong user-centric approach to join them at their London Bridge office.

They are looking for someone who really understands how digital projects work and is well versed in the groundwork i.e. concepting, storyboarding, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture - and of course crafting beautiful interfaces.

What does the position involve?

As Senior Designer, you will report directly to the company directors and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day to day design production of the business. Primarily, you will be providing design solutions that enhance the UX and drive meaningful interactions.

You will directly manage at least one junior designer and will collaborate with other members of the team to plan, create and execute projects.

Key responsibilities:

- To deliver up and encourage stunning digital concepts and designs of the highest standard to meet client briefs and expectations

- To produce quality work within a given timeframe and budget

- To share knowledge and nurture awareness and learning with colleagues

- Undertake continuous professional development in the form of online training, seminars, literature and training courses.

- Effectively communicate a creative rationale.

- Contribute to the on-going education, and development of design across the business.

Some of the personal qualities they are looking for:

- A great portfolio

- They expect you to be tooled up with great skills in all the usual design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Sketch or similar)

- Knowledge of web/mobile/device-specific design and user-centred design principles

- Strong UX skills are a must

- 3 + years of professional interactive design experience

- Strong collaborator and a self-starter

- Experienced as Senior Designer in an agency environment, working on multiple projects at a time

- Confident, able to make decisions independently

- Excellent communicator - persuasive when interacting with clients, able to motivate team members
