The comany are one of the largest manufacturers in their chosen field and are looking for a new quality manager to help drive quality and improvement trhoughout the site. They are looking for a Quality Manager with a manufacturing background who can help to reduce issues and prevent any non-conformance from arising throughout the company.The role as a Quality Manager is as follows:

'€¢Ensure compliance across all products'€¢Work closely on New Product Introduction'€¢Root Cause Analysis and Non-conformance reporting'€¢Produce supplier business reviews'€¢Deal with any customer complaints and implement corrective actions'€¢Work closely with suppliers to ensure that quality levels are maintained'€¢Act as lead auditor for factory and supplier audits'€¢Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure conformance to quality across the site

They are looking for the following experience/background:

'€¢Experience working with ISO 9001:2015'€¢5 Years experience in Quality Management within Manufacturing'€¢Dealt with customers and suppliers' issues'€¢Vast experience in problem solving techniques'€¢Process improvement

They're looking to line up interviews as soon as next Wednesday the 25th July. They would look for it to be a 2 stage process where they would look to get a firm understanding of the candidates background and experience.
