This company operate within a niche industry; they have experienced year on year growth to become one of the leading companies in the UK in their field. This growth has led to the need of a new Production Manager to join the team and play a key role in the continued success of the business.

In this role you will be leading all aspects of production. You will be ensuring the successful day to day running of the facility, managing all performances and ensuring targets are met, as well as implementing your LEAN processes and continuous improvement strategies.
