This rapidly growing, industry renowned company operates in a specialist market supplying to predominantly Motor Manufacturers. The company have been operating for over 20 years and due to their expansion plans, they are actively looking to recruit an experienced Continuous Improvements Manager to support this.

In this position you will be responsible for leading and managing a production unit with 45 employees. Whilst in this position, the main focus of the position will be delivering continuous quality and capacity improvements through machinery and manufacturing solutions.

This position would ideally suit a candidate who has proven experience with

Continuous Improvements and Lean Manufacturing. You will ideally have a background in a Fast moving environment such as Manufacturing. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the motivation to success in a business development position.

The Role:

* Leading and managing a production unit with 45 members of staff

* Delivering continuous quality and capacity improvements through machinery and manufacturing solutions

* £30'000- £35'000 + Progression + Benefits

The Person:

* Must have experience with Continuous Improvement/ Lean Techniques

* Strong IT knowledge and endeavour to implement Manufacturing and machinery solutions

* Knowledge for budgetary control and board reporting

* Experience of lean manufacturing
