I am currently working with a young and dynamic company who are on their quest to employ an experienced, hard-working Finance Manager!

My client have done well to be considered one of the leading manufacturing retailers across the UK, now operating across a number of sites across the country. In just 7 years they have seen their headcount triple and their year on year turnover grow exponentially. With the need to tighten up their internal operations, they are now looking to employ a finance manager to take control of a small finance team to ensure their finance function is being run accordingly.

The successful candidate can look forward to being a key member within a rapidly growing organisation, working for a business that value employee development and company success as equal.

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Experience in managing a finance team

- Experience in the maintenance and reconciliation of Purchase and Sales Ledger

- Credit Control

- Bank Recs

- Experience with ERP software - SAP B1 would be ideal but experience with similar systems is acceptable i.e. Sage, Infor, Epicor, IFS, Netsuite etc.

- Strong communication skills

My client are offering a salary up to £42,000 per annum as well as a lucrative benefits package.
