Business Analyst Telford Financial Services

Financial Services organisation is looking to hire an experienced business analyst to join their team.

This role will see you working closely with stakeholders of all levels to support the full Project Development Lifecycle and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to)

·Maintaining and development relationships with business users and stakeholders

·Driving and Challenging business units on current ways of working and execution of plans to realise business benefits

·Working with subject matter experiences to assess requirements through a mix of interviews, research, requirements workshops, surveys site visits, business process descriptions, use case, scenarios, business analysis data, task or workflow analysis.

·Lead and aid in the creation of project documentation including Business Requirements, Business Case and justification, Business Impact Assessment, Benefits Identification, Tracking and Realisation, Project Initiation Documents, User Test Strategies and Plans

·Articulate business needs and complex business problems to a technical audience.

·Providing input to IT Technical Analysts and Developers to aid them in testing and defining feasibility.

·Providing input into UAT teams.

In order to be successful in this role you should have:

·Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis

·Experience in Financial Services - With Life and Pensions being highly desired!

·Excellent formal business analysis experience

·Experience in MS Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

·Proven experience in problem solving and report writing and be able to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

·Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
