Job Title: Installation Engineer

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Salary: £8-12 p/h D.O.E

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week

They design, manufacture and install many of the products from their factory based in Reading.

Due to the expansion and restructuring of the market leader in the outdoor furniture industry, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Installations Engineer to join their close-knit Service team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be based out of their Reading office, working throughout the UK with the occasional overnight stay required for more complex site installations.

The Candidate:

The applicant must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and experience in ground works, wood-working and site surveys although full in-house product and installations training and support will be given.

The successful candidate will have:

* A clean driving licence

* Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

* Flexible attitude

* Self-motivated with a high degree of self-discipline

* Good organisation and time management skills

* Be prepared to work outdoors, all year round

* Be physically fit and able to cope with a variety of manual handling requirements

* An understanding of drawings and layouts

Having a CSCS card will be an advantage, along with any Health and Safety training.

In return the Company offer competitive rates of pay dependent on experience, tools as required, uniform, workplace pension scheme and a 22-day holiday allowance (plus bank holidays). Hours are based around a 40 hour week and overtime is often available.
