Supplier Quality Engineer

Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

£40,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits

Are you looking for a fully autonomous role where you will champion Supplier Quality for an internationally renowned Engineering company?

This is an opportunity to use your skillset and be the go-to Engineer for a range of UK and International suppliers while playing a pivotal role in the growth & success of the business.

You will work within a world class manufacturing facility in Nottingham and be fully responsible for managing Suppliers across Europe and Asia. This company manufacture mechanical component solution, they have a great reputation for the quality of their products and boast a high staff retention due to continuous development of their employees.

This role would suit a Supplier Quality Engineer or Technician from a mechanical or manufacturing background.

The Role:

-Manage and improve Supplier Quality Systems & Issues

-Evaluate and develop New Suppliers

-Undertaking Audits to ensure quality

-1 Week Travel around once a month (paid for)

The Candidate:

-Previous Supplier Quality experience within Manufacturing or Engineering

-Flexibility to travel when necessary

-BEng degree essential
