Java DeveloperOur global, tier 1 Investment Banking client urgently requires an experienced Java Developer, with a solid understanding of FIX Connectivity to join their team on a contract basis initially for 6 months, based in their flush London office. Our client is looking to connect Algo to their trading system, so strong knowledge of FIX Connections or FIX Connectivity is a prerequisite.The Java Developer will also be familiar with Trading and/or Front Office systems. Ideally, the Java Developer will have experience in Market Data and/or Reference Data, however this is desirable and by no means essential.Java Developer - Key Skills:

'€¢Solid, core Java skills'€¢FIX Connections / FIX Connectivity'€¢Trading / Front Office systems knowledge (Fidessa would be highly advantageous)'€¢Market Data / Reference Data experience - highly desirable, not essential'€¢Algo / Algorithmic/Algorithms experience would be useful, as our client are trying to connect this to their trading system
