Desktop Support Analyst - VIP/Executive Support

Our highprofile and exclusive client are seeking a professional desktop support analyst with a proven experience prividing VIP technical support.

As the first line contact for Directors, Executives and C level staff you will need to be of the highest calibre with exemplary people skills and technical support knowledge. You will be the benchmark figure for Desktop support, prepared to lead the way in changing the image and brand of the deskside support function throughout the business.

Technical skills:

Expert in Windows desktop support

Support MAC and DELL laptops

Ability to support network/internet connection issue - VPN's

Support an array of desktop applications (MS Office, Outlook, sever storage, airwatch etc).
