BIM Manager

I am working on behalf of a well-established award winning main contractor who is seeking a BIM Manager in Birmingham.

The company is a tier one contractor and has a strong reputation as a great employer. They are the market leader in the UK in the private and public sector and develop complex and challenging buildings across the country.

BIM Manager Requirements:

* Be proficient BIM technician who is able to work to their own initiative, and is willing to learn about BIM and Digital construction on high value construction projects;

* Have experience of BIM and Digital Construction within the construction and engineering industry;

* Have experience in data attachment and an understand of the processes and deliverables required as part of the delivery process for COBie data drops;

* Have a good understanding of mobile IT and in particular how mobile IT can be utilised on a construction site;

* Have an understanding of Digital Construction software desirable, including BIM Field 360 or other site management tools.

BIM Manager Remuneration

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 (open to negotiation)

Location: Birmingham

Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, healthcare, generous pension, 26 days holiday
