One of my clients are looking for a Change and Communication Manager for an initial 6 month project that is likely to extend well beyond that.
The role will be based just north of Brisbane.
The role will be overseeing the change and communication strategy over a number of key projects including the implementation of a new finance system, procure to pay process and HR system (payroll, time and attendance and LMS).
The ideal candidate:
* 5+ years Change Management experience
* Experience across enterprise wide communication plans
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent stakeholder engagement across all levels of an organisation from end user to C-level
* Prosci or Adkar are highly desirable
* Experience on HR systems is highly desirable
