Operations Manager (Agricultural Manufacturing)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

Are you an Operations Manager looking for a role where you will have full autonomy to implement change and drive business growth as you see fit?

This is an opportunity to join a medium but rapidly growing company in this new role, and use your skill set and expertise to grow the business forward and eventually progress to Directorship.

This company are specialist Batch manufacturers of mechanical components for the Agriculture industry. They are a small family owned company who have seen huge growth and are looking for an Operations Manager to complement this.

This role would suit a previous manager from a Batch Manufacturing background ideally with Lean Six Sigma understanding.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a business as you see fit.

The Role:

-Managing of Sales, Design & Production teams

-Implementing change and devising a growth strategy

-Implement LEAN / Six Sigma into the shop floor

-Full autonomous role

The Candidate:

-Proven Man Manager

-Previous experience within Batch Manufacturing / production environment

-Degree Qualification or Similar

-Lean Six Sigma experience advantageous but not essential
