This role will support the Core HR Product, producing documentation, analysing data and testing system design to ensure the Oracle HCM system is accurate and compliant for colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
* Carry out data analysis on colleague and core structure data to inform recommendations and enable decision making
* Support the ongoing maintenance of migration data templates and tables, working with stakeholders to understand new requirements and suggesting areas to improve
* Working with Product, Technology and HR teams to improve the HR system design and processes
* Supporting Data Migration by investigating and resolving data issues during migration
* Preparing and organising data for high volume data loads and system changes, within tight timelines and with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Carry out system testing across all environments
* Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

* Have a working knowledge of HR systems
