My client is developing a next generation payment system which can be directly integrated into customer apps and servers, providing new innovative features to enable customers to create unique solutions to the payment problem.

I am looking for a Contract Java Developer for an initial 3 months work to bring expertise in key technical areas such as Java, and enterprise level micro-service implementation. You will be working on the development of a multi platform Payment system.

The successful Java Engineer will have excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Key skills required are as below:

*3+ Years of Proven hands-on Java Software Development experience

*Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns

*The Spring Framework

*JUnit testing

*Experience of micro service stack communications using REST/HTTP and gRPC

*Docker/Kubernetes

*PostGres experience with knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and Redis/Memcached.

*Jira/Atlassian and Bitbucket

*Agile/Scrum Project development

*Test-driven development

I am looking for someone who is delivery focused and flexible in the work undertaken.

You should have the ability to work within a project team as well as on occasion individually. You should be comfortable in presenting your ideas to peers, management and clients.
