Excellent role on offer for a Labourer looking the next step in their career, where you will receive excellent training and progression to become a Lead Installer and manage your own team.

Are you a Labourer or Operative with a CSCS card? Do you want training to get an HGV Driving License? Do you want rapid progression to lead your own team?

This well-established company specialise in highways construction for a variety of clients across the South of England. Due to ongoing expansion through their loyal clients, they are looking for an Operative to grow in the company and become the Leader of their own team.

In this role you will receive full training in installation of vehicle restrain systems, also being trained to gain a Class 2 HGV Driving License. Based from the Selsey depot you will work across the South of England. You will receive full training and progress to manage your own team.

This role would ideally suit a Labourer/Operative looking to build a career within growing company, who offer excellent training and progression and are known to take care of their staff.

The Role:

* Full training in the installation of vehicle restraint systems

* Full training to get a Class 2 HGV Driving License

* Progressing to lead your own Team

* £25'000 - £30'000 + Overtime + 25 Days Holiday + Pension
