The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to work with a small team and oversee projects, produce estimates, tenders and proposals for commercial installations. The successful candidates will be provided full training and ongoing development to become a specialist in their industry and progress to work on large scale projects.

THE ROLE:

*Commercial & domestic building project management

*Producing estimates and tenders for a variety of projects

*Working alongside a growing team

*Dealing with clients as required

*Full training provided

THE PERSON:

*Background in Building Services, M&E, Construction or HVAC or similar sectors

*Knowledge of estimating OR project management advantageous

*Mechanical biased

*Willing to be trained
