Job Role

Job Title: Network Security Engineer

Pay Rate: £475 p/d (Negotiable)

Contract Length: 6 Month Contract

Location: Macclesfield

The Role

Spring Technology's global client Astra Zeneca are on the lookout for a Network Security Architect / Engineer to Design peer review governance and overall design and implementation plan quality ownership for WAN/LAN/WLAN/Data Centre and Network Security designs and implementation plans

Knowledge / Experience

*High level of technical knowledge and experience on Cisco IOS and Nexus devices to include routing (OSPF & BGP), switching, quality of service, encryption and load balancing

*Cisco CCIE Security or CCNP Security Security is a skill they must have

*5+ years of experience related to Cisco Security Products

*Expert knowledge of existing WAN, LAN, WLAN, Data Centre and Security technical designs and technologies

*Expert working knowledge of Cisco Products; ASA, FirePOWER, ISE, Catalyst, Nexus, ASA

*High level of technical knowledge and experience on Cisco IOS and Nexus devices to include routing (OSPF & BGP), switching, quality of service, encryption and load balancing

*High level of technical knowledge and experience on devices to include general load balancing principles on F5 and NetScaler platforms.
