You will provide technical and architectural expertise to the business intelligence team in a QA driven, development environment. We require you to collate data from disparate data sources in order to create a platform to create visually striking reports. You will be required to providing solutions to facilitate business decision-making and you will be an adaptable and flexible individual who is capable of producing accurate work to specifications in a fast-paced working environment.

Requirement:

* Advanced knowledge of SQL, ideally in various flavours e.g. MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle

* Experience of designing and implementing data warehouse models

* Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications

* Ability to critically evaluate and improve existing BI systems

* Understanding of ETL processes and an ability to model data into a data warehouse

* Experience of working in an AWS environment with Redshift database

* Experience of reporting tools and understanding of capabilities, ideally Cognos 11 & Framework Manage
