Marketing Operations Specialist 50% - Switzerland

Our client, a leading Consumer Health company based in Zurich, Switzerland is currently seeking for a Specialist in Marketing Operations for POS & Shopper Marketing to support their Trade Marketing Team.

Responsibilities

* Active participation in the planning and goal-setting process of the entire POS / shopper marketing measures and activities

* Lead in brainstorming in the team and design of POS / shopper marketing measures and activities (briefing of marketing POS-approach, co-creation POS with agency, co-development POS-tool with producer)

* Independent implementation and coordination of the distribution process of the planned and defined POS / Shopper marketing measures / activities (for example POS material such as floor plates and other promotional material etc., detail Aids, personnel information, goods offers, trade brochures, A3 trainings)

* Order and invoice process and control for the defined POS Shopper marketing measures / activities

* InDesign knowledge for the development of detailing materials / communication aids

Requirements

* Bachelor in Marketing or Commercial degree (preferably with a vocational certificate)

* Professional experience in a similar position

* English fluent a must, German of added value

* Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing, preferably in the areas of POS or Shopper Marketing

* Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to deliver results in complex and potentially ambiguous environments

* Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
