Job description:Title: Quality Inspector (Special Purpose Machinery) A leading special purpose machinery organisation based in Essex is on the lookout for a Quality Inspector with experience with electro-mechanical products.The quality inspector will be focused on dealing with supplier issues. Due to continued growth, this special purpose machinery organisation require a quality inspector who is able to think on their feet and work with multiple suppliers.Salary: £25000 - £35000 + BenefitsLocation: EssexCommutable from: Southend-on-Sea, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Romford, Hornchurch, Grays and surrounding locationsQuality Inspector Responsibilities:

'€¢You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Non Quality Assured processes (NQA for the inspection of supplier parts'€¢This will also include WCM 8 Stages of inspection records'€¢Raising Supplier Quality Reports (SQP) for resolutions with suppliers'€¢Creating Reject Material Reports (RMR)'€¢Assisting with gauge calibrations

Quality Inspector skills required:

'€¢Ideally HNC / HND qualified in a mechanical or electro-mechanical discipline'€¢Ideally 5 years + manufacturing experience'€¢Experience dealing with suppliers'€¢Knowledge of inspection techniques

Quality inspector requirements:The successful quality inspector will be computer literate as well as a proactive individual. You will be required to work within a small, multi-disciplinary team to achieve accurate results. The successful quality inspector must also be self-motivated to achieve best resultsInterviews commencing Thursday 12^th June
