It is the most exciting time to come on board. We are expanding and looking for bright, enthusiastic shiny stars to help us continue our success through all chapters…… and that is where you come in!!

The Next Chapter

We have all the Scrum basics in place and are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to take us to the next level! Someone who will drive change and continuous improvement within our feature teams, using the principles of Scrum to enable the teams to deliver high quality software efficiently to our customers.

The Star

The star of this chapter is going to be you, our Scrum Master, a true servant leader who can support the scrum teams, product owners and the organisation to become the best we can be and ultimately create the best products for our customers. The questions keeping us awake at night that you will help us answer:

Scrum Team

We have the luxury of co-location, how do we best leverage this to maximise the value we deliver?

What do our stakeholders want to know about our team? What data should we analyse to give them this insight and to drive our team’s continuous improvement?

How do we give the scrum teams a view of how our software is used in the real world?

What should be our next step in increasing quality and reducing the number of defects that escape in to the live environments?

Product Owner

How do we shorten the feedback loops internally and between us and our customers?

How can we make sure that we are always working on the most valuable user stories?

How do we maximise the amount of work not done?

Where should our balance be for refining just in time and just enough?

Organisation

We have buy-in for our company-wide agile transformation at the highest level, how do we spread the agile mindset to every part of our business?

We are a great agile organisation to work for (trust us!), how do we best promote this externally?

Our cycle time to market is not the quickest, how do we reduce it?

We are making great progress, but how do we measure success?
