Maintenance Manager for UK Construction Developer - Liverpool

Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a growing developer in Liverpool. If you are looking for a new and exciting position where you will be able to implement your own ideas and procedures then this could be the role for you.

Skills required:

* Working over a number of sites

* From a tools background

* Experience working on city centre projects

* Excellent communication skills

The successful Maintenance Manager will receive:

* A basic salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience + Benefits
