Project Manager - CSCS card

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team of consultants at Experis. Working on-site with one of our clients the Project Manager will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

* Manage all phases of project execution from receipt of order through to completion

* Complete project handover meetings and reviews with sales team and customer

* To manage project to satisfactory status for commissioning completion

* Provide project specific support to installing contractors

* Communicate constantly with sales engineer and customer to ensure high level of customer service is provided

* Assist with development of processes and documented procedures for full completion and sign off of projects

* Maintain all records and documentation relating to each project in a standardised format and timely manner

* Assist in developing systems to track and review project status

* Assist with internal training as and when required

* Manage time and workload to ensure no disruption or delays to projects.

* Develop/re-purpose sales support and training material and deliver in regions to drive business

* Align our existing portfolio to regional and channel requirements

* Be the primary contact for International sales teams

Experience:

* Ability to understand the concepts of control systems

* Must be able to work on MOD sites, Commercial and Industrial buildings, Prisons, Police Establishments and Military sites.

* Mechanical/Electrical/Construction site experience ideally with experience of Fire/Security/Building Management Systems

* Must hold CSCS card

* Ability to lead by example in working and applying Honeywell behaviours and procedures.

* Continuous improvement mindset and swift resolution to problem solving

* Confident, shows optimistic 'can do attitude' and expresses strong belief in own ability to succeed.

* Proven organisational skills and planning ability.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Ability to prepare and lead meetings with internal and external customers

* Ability to work on your own and within a team

* Excellent problem solving ability

* Able to meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and take corrective action where appropriate

* Manipulation and utilisation of data within a CRM system. (Sales Force.com preferred)

* Comfortable conducting technical sales meetings with customers

* Proven site and sub contractor management ability

* Comfortable and confident presenting to teams where English is not first language

All successful candidates will have to undergo drug screening before they start, and provide a negative result.

* Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
