Excellent role on offer for a test engineer with embedded experience, looking to work for a global market leader where you will progress into management.

Are you a Test Engineer with a background in embedded devices? Do you want a highly autonomous role where you will be seen as an expert in your field?

The company itself design and manufacture software and products that are supplied into vending, retail, transport, finance and gaming industries. They are unrivalled and dominate their market place and due to continued success they are looking for a Test Engineer to join their ranks who will become the test team manager.

In this role you will also get the opportunity to travel, and would be expected to be away 3-5days once every 2 months visiting customer sites or other company branches around the world.

This role would suit a Test Engineer with a background in embedded devices/software. The company also operate a lot of automated software and any experience with this would be an advantage.

This is an excellent chance to play a key part in a company with a global presence.

The Role:

*Testing products, devices and software

*Design test plans

*Using bug tracking systems to report defects

*Continuous Test process improvements

*Progression to managing the test department

The Person:

*Background in Testing and Programming software

*Experienced with embedded devices

*European travel

*Engineering qualification
