My client, an FMCG organisation are looking for a PMO coordinator, very likely there will be extension as well as career progression.

* Initial 6 months

* $550p/d

Responsibilities

* Arranging meetings and liaising with senior stakeholders

* Induction of new project managers

* Report handling and preparation

* General ad-hoc for the PMO manager

* Checking resource allocations, demand and capacity

Skill set & experience

* Understanding and experience with Sharepoint

* Strong coordinator skills

* Good administration and communicator

* Confidence with liaising with stakeholders

* Used to working in a large environment with an adaptable attitude
