Project Manager

I am working on behalf of a well-established award winning main contractor who is seeking a Pre-construction Project Manager to work in Solihull.

The company is a tier one contractor and has a strong reputation as a great employer. They are the market leader in the UK in the private and public sector and develop complex and challenging projects across the country.

The successful candidate will be working on a major infrastructure projects across the West Midlands such as Highways & Infrastructure, Drainage, Earthworks & Groundworks, Enabling and Remediation, Bridge & Structures, Industrial, Flood Defence, Car Parks, Hard Landscaping, Public Open Spaces.

Project Manager Requirements

* Have the ability to communicate effectively is required to manage customer relationships, in addition to strong planning and organisation skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency;

* Have some experience of leading teams, and confidence in the ability to lead, influence and communicate with others to deliver targets are required;

* Be financial aware to deliver targets, with a desire to continuously improve safety and sustainability performance;

* Have an appropriate and valid CSCS card.

Project Manager Remuneration

Salary: £60,000

Location: Solihull

Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, healthcare, generous pension, 26 days holiday and 10% bonus
