Web Business Analyst with strong, external client-facing requirements gathering abilities for Web solutions is required for a major, award-winning Web CMS Software Consultancy with 40 in-house Developers.
The role reports to the Head of Business Analysis in a team of 4, in delivering user-stories / acceptance criteria for a range of Web CMS and Commerce deliveries to Fortune500 and Household Brand Corporate Clients.
You’ll need to be from a client-facing background, as work requires heavy client interaction to elicit requirements / workshopping; and have a good background in Web tech. Fundamentally, you're confident in delivering analysis/user-stories from client engagements on web solutions, this is the major requirement.
Salary: £36000 - £43000 + benefits
Location: London, City
The Web Business Analyst role will work with a large in-house .Net Development team who’re build Enterprise-Level CMS Solutions for Global Corporates. You’ll need to be able to work in both a technically immersed environment like this, and where there is less technology and more business stakeholder requirements gathering.
Typically working on 4 or 5 corporate clients at a time, you will work alongside the Project Manager to elicit requirements and create the user story / acceptance criteria delivery components for the development teams to deliver on. You’ll be learning best in class Web tech development processes all the way, and will love your role in creating these exciting web tech solutions
Essentials:
Software Business Analyst within Web Software Development exp
Client-facing ability - must currently or previously have been in an external client-facing role
Requirements elicitation and writing of user-story / acceptance criteria delivery exp
Strongly collaborative and communicative in your approach both with clients and internal development / leadership stakeholders.
