I am currently working with a high-end bespoke consumer goods manufacturer based in the Hampshire area who are currently on the lookout to add a Quality Manager to their existing management team in order to grow the organisation and create an infrastructure within the QMS toThe role is commutable from the following locations: Alton, Reading, Winchester, Basingstoke, Farnham, Farnborough & GuilfordThey are ideally looking for the following:-          Experience of Lean or Continuous improvement tools including 5S & Six Sigma-          Strong background in either electrical or mechanical engineering-          Able to lead a team of engineers-          A full knowledge of ISO9001 and internal / External Auditing-          Able to maintain a QMSAn overview of the position is as follows:-          Continuously monitoring Quality Standards & the performance of products, Suppliers and       materials-          Drive forward continuous improvement throughout the organisation-          Auditing both in the UK but also global sites-          Developing key supplier relationships-          Dealing with customer complaints-          Able to operate and liaise with the manufacturing staff-          Leading a team of 12 Quality staff based across the globe.This role is paying up to £50,000 + Benefits and is looking for the position to be filled ASAP with interview slots available at short notice for the right individual.If this could be of interest please get in touch on 0207 812 7700 or [email protected]
