A PMO Analyst is required for a really exciting, Globally-Recognised, Award-Winning Procurement Technology firm of 500 people, who are creating major disruption to the industry and offer exciting scale and growth. As PMO Analyst, you’ll support a Professional Services team of 30 Project Manager, Engagement Manager and Customer Success Manager professionals. All are delivering a suite of Enterprise-level software products to Global Corporate Clients (Fortune500) and both leadership and the collective teams would benefit from a self-starting PMO Analyst to engage and track progress.
This is a late-stage start-up with £X0ms in funding, which brings unimaginable opportunity but also a level of chaos you will understand and be happy to structure into. It provides a self-starting, entrepreneurial PMO Analyst with a platform to not only create processes and tools with the guidance of the Ops Director, but exceptional career progression into Project Manager or Customer Success Manager roles down the line, depending on where you would want to go.

Salary: 35k - 45k + bonus + benefits
The PMO Analyst will report to the Operations Director and support the Professional Services team to provide governance, reporting and healthy communication across complex global deliveries. You’ll provide project metrics around delivery and give the PMs the operational cadence to deliver successfully. You’ll also understand the Customer Success role (effectively Account Management) and provide metrics, timing and reporting on commercial engagements (e.g. around contract renewals, profit margins etc) for full transparency.
Articulate and persuasive, working with Professional Services people previously.
Proven PMO Analyst or equivalent role as a self-starter - highly important you are able to work on own initiative with support available, but confidence in your decision-making without it.
Good full project-life cycle exposure around delivery of software projects within a Professional Services environment.
Able to provide governance to Projects and Commercial Revenue performance (Project Manager and Customer Success Manager activity) on many multiple projects and commercial engagements.
Able to collaborate but enforce deliverable metrics on project and commercial progress with clients for an enterprise-level Saas Business.
Heavy SaaS background.
Strong affiliation with Procurement Technology domain.
Direct Customer Success experience in addition to your project life-cycle knowledge.
