Solutions Architect
Location: Hertfordshire
Duration: 6 months initial
Day Rate: £550 - £600
Solutions Architect - We are actively seeking a Solutions Architect to join a Global Insurance and Financial Company based in Hertfordshire for an initial 6 months. The Solutions Architect will be working on a 3 year transformation within their IT department.
The Solutions Architect will be working alongside the Software Integration Architect and Business Analysts to design flexibility within the domain as well as between domains to help change. The Solutions Architect will need solid technical knowledge of Windows (SQL Server), AIX, Azure and .Net. The Solutions Architect will need previous experience with architectural practises, application patterns and tools as well as a strong technical background ideally within Finance and Insurance.
The position of the Solutions Architect is a hands-on role that will draw upon your already proven solution architecture experience, as well as utilising your demonstrable and varied technical skill-set.
Key Skills for the Solutions Architect:
* Solid experience in Solutions Architect positions within Finance and Insurance companies.
* Broad technical knowledge of Windows (SQL Server), AIX, Azure and .Net.
* Able to design flexibility within the domain as well as between domains.
* Work alongside build and infrastructure teams to shape designs and make sure the delivery achieve its goals.
* Excellent communication skills are vital.
