Test Manager (Must have SC Clearance) - Reading - Contract - £400 per day

My client is looking for a Test Manager to work with their Public Sector client on an initial 6 month contract.

Main Duties

* Leading the definition and implementation of a QA and test strategy for individual projects or work streams and coordinating technical and business goals across a number of test levels

* Responsible for leading the overall testing work streams for key government project

* Ensuring and advising on the effective delivery of QA and test analysis within an agile environment including developing user stories and acceptance criteria

* Enabling integration testing for projects or work streams which may involve integration with other services, organisations or legacy systems

* Enabling the evaluation of aspects of user experience, accessibility, compatibility and basic load and performance where appropriate and as part of the wider QA and test strategy

Experience

* Quality assurance testing experience

* Delivering tests across the project lifecycle

* Evidence of using tool in the delivery of testings

* Hands on evidence of creation of test products, specifying requirements, interpretation of technical requirements.

* Analysis skills, automation skills

* Proven leadership qualities and the ability to help shape a culture of technical excellence and delivery

* Strong partnership skills, in particular the ability to build strong effective partnerships across the organisation and with key customers
