About the role

As a member of our testing team, you`ll lead on the creation of innovative solutions that meet the changing demands of the business and emerging industry trends and standards. You`ll perform high quality and efficient testing which matches with our testing and quality standards. As an experienced member of the team you`ll also provide recommendations as well as leadership, advice, coaching and skills development on testing.

As well as using your experience and knowledge, you`ll also be expected to attend relevant industry and community events and share your learning with the pod and other colleagues.

Our team:

In our Bolton office, you'll be part of our testing team. You'll work closely with product owners, developers, and scrum masters, supported by solution architects, security, clinical safety and database teams.

The Team

As our Tester, you`ll be based at Fulford Grange. You`ll support the Developers and Developers in Test in reinforcing our engineering strategy, application architecture and component design as well as our engineering principles, practices and standards. The team could be up to 20 people, with a mixture of testers, developers and developer in test. You`ll look after roughly 2 projects a year.

experienced in agile methodologies and processes

experience of test approach, design and architecture

solid judgement and decision making ability and experience of evaluating and selecting testing tools and techniques

great communication skills
