Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a 1st Line IT Support Analyst for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £110-£120/day(inside of IR35) based in Glasgow.

Responsibilities:

* Providing telephone based first line support across the organisation's PC estate of 11,000 devices across 120 physical locations.

* Support will include Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft business applications (MS Office etc.).

* Ensuring that incidents are resolved in line with agreed SLA's.

* Maintaining an incident log of outstanding and completed queries.

Requirements:

* Direct experience of working within an IT Service Desk or Helpdesk role as part of large IT enabled organisation.

* Good communicator and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

* Microsoft business application knowledge.

* Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
