Production Manager (Fabrication)

£22,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Pension

Are you a Production Planner/Manager from a hands on Fabrication background looking for a new opportunity to be in charge of your own team, where you can receive specialist training and the chance to progress through the company?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join an international company, where you will be the go to Engineer, while being in charge of your own team on the shop floor and enhancing your skills through expert training.

The company are very well established in their industry and looking for someone to join this international organisation where you will be overseeing the Production schedules and managing a team of 15 Engineers.

This role would suit someone from a hands on Engineering background where you have the chance to progress your career with training and increasing earnings with a generous bonus scheme.

The Role:

* Running the Production Schedules

* Overseeing your own team of Engineers

* Training to expand Engineering knowledge

* Yearly profit Bonus to increase earnings

The Person:

* Hands on Engineering background (Fabrication, Welding etc)

* Production Planning or Management experience

* Looking for training and progression
