Job Summary:

Demonstrated experience in managing complex network projects with a technical infrastructure migration scope

Exceptional communication skills - Able to demonstrate proven senior stakeholder management experience. Able to speak to large audiences, top executives, business and technical leaders. Able to adapt vocabulary and style for each situation; able to represent complex ideas with effective documents and visuals and to adapt presentations to the expectations and background of the audience.

Extensive collaboration and stakeholder management skills - able to work effectively with others on common tasks; build rapport, gain support, instil confidence, take actions which respect the needs and contributions of others; find common ground; negotiate win-win solutions; and share credit with others; all while achieving the objectives of both the team and stakeholders.

Have in-depth Project / Transition and Transformation Management understanding and clear leadership skills

* Understanding of technical services migration projects - primary focus Network infrastructure including IPT

* Experience with work management and execution of Union-based jobs a plus

* Skillsets in Telco provisioning, RFQ processes, vendor management, in-house cabling, WAN/LAN/Voice at business levels

Management or experience with Technical Solutions

* Data Center Moves/Migrations/Consolidation

* Virtualization - Cisco/Microsoft/VMWare (Cloud solution migrations)

* Network infrastructure - LAN/WAN/IPT

* Security/Firewalls

* Telecom - MPLS TDM/ETH, Broadband/DIA, PRI, DID/DDI, POTS including circuit provisioning

* Cabling RFQ for LAN/WAN/IPT

* LAN/WAN/Voice RFQ process and ordering

* Compliance (PCI, FISMA, GLBA, SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001)

* Desktop/Platform or application rollouts

* Microsoft Project and Server

* Other technical platform or infrastructure migrations

* Experience and familiarity in the following technology areas: 1) DC Migration / Implementation (including, Cloud Migrations - MSFT Azure and O365, AWS, Cisco, etc.)

. Server and storage platforms,

. Windows and Linux operating systems

. Middleware and applications

. Networking concepts and highlevel designs

. Data center relocation tools and technologies

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively manage and direct project activities rather than passively administer and report on them.

* Create and manage overall project plans based upon identified timelines, scope and resources

* Create executive dashboard reports for governance meetings

* Create weekly status reports and trackers for general consumption

* Track project financials and costs including management and reporting.

* Track project resources management and reporting

* Vendor and third-party management and reporting

* Clearly identify gaps in project delivery - time, cost, resource, deliverables, etc. and escalate as appropriate.

* Develop action plans (go to green) for metrics deviations from the scope of work or current project plan.

* Guide and manage project team with focus on project plan adherence and quality delivery.

* Communicate effectively at various levels across client and delivery teams
