I am working with a Central London based Financial organisation that have had 3 - 4 significant projects land in the last month, and are therefore looking to hire a contract Data Scientist for 3 - 6 months. They are well established and having a really impressive data science team consisting of mainly PhD level members.Duration: 6 MonthsDay Rate: £500 - £600 per dayDay to day role:

'€¢Build and implement machine learning models'€¢Use machine learning and large-scale data mining'€¢Design experiments and A/B testing'€¢Working alongside team of Data Scientists

Essential Skills:

'€¢PhD in Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative field (exceptional MSc candidates will be considered)'€¢Minimum of 5 years working in a data science or machine learning role'€¢Expert knowledge of Python'€¢Expert machine learning knowledge'€¢Extensive experience with statistics'€¢Experience with Bayesian statistics or time series analysis.'€¢Experience in a financial environment is beneficial but not essential.
