Multi-Skilled Administrator - Minley
A market leading organisation is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Administrator to take on a permanent position ASAP. The company is highly regarded for its employee recognition and vital position in today's market place. You will be a driven individual who is looking to work in a fast paced environment with supportive team in a diverse and challenging environment.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
* Provide administration support in delivery of the Contract
* Manage, maintain and update documentation and systems
* Use management information systems to input, extract and analyse data
* Provide cover and deputise for others in the department
* Respond to and process day to day requests and queries in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner
* Liaise with internal and external customers
* Act as the point of contact for the security administration service
* Issue appropriate personal security passes and car parking permits
* Meet and greet visitors
* Notify hosts of their visitors arrival and direct/ escort accordingly
* Check in arriving students
* Issue and control security classified keys
* Liaise with the Guardroom and MOD security staff for handover of keys and systems
* Perform car parking checks
* Plan morning and afternoon postal runs
* Deliver and collect post
* Provide support throughout the department and to other departments
* Comply with Quality Assurance processes and procedures
* Ensure Company health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times
* Responsible for supporting continuous improvement within the department and contribution towards the RSME contracts continuous improvement targets
* Carry out any other task deemed within your area of competence
* Flexible approach to working hours as weekend overtime is a necessity.
The successful candidate will display the following skills, experience and qualifications:
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (including Maths & English).
* Experience working with management information systems
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages
* Hold a driving licence suitable for use in the UK
* Proven track record of working within a busy customer focused organisation
* Proven track record in administration
* Confidence and interpersonal skills to engage at all levels
* Customer focused with the ability to build positive working relationships
* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
* Resilient and tenacious with a tendency to persevere
* Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
* Organised with a natural inclination for planning
* Problem solving and root cause identification skills
* Innovative with a continuous improvement and change focus
