Civils Contract Manager

We have a vacancy for a highly-motivated Civils Contract Manager who is looking to take responsibility for delivering various highway, roads, sewers and bridge schemes across the West Midlands ranging from £500,000 to £5 million. This includes large civil schemes to smaller footway construction schemes, together with high profile works on historical landmarks.

As a Contract Manager you will enjoy autonomy to manage your P&L, have oversight of operational teams, nurture key relationships with our supply chain partners and importantly with our client. This really is a critical role to maximise your ability to influence to ensure we continue to deliver best value and exceptional quality, providing the community with a better condition of highway network, whilst being passionate for maintaining the County's heritage.

This opportunity will be perfect for someone that can demonstrate solid experience in planning and delivering scheme and bridgework's, applicable knowledge of the term maintenance industry and NEC3 Contracts. We're looking for excellent all-round communication skills, an innovative and commercial mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, not just in how we work internally but for the benefit of all our stakeholders

Salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum plus car and package
