Spring Technology is looking for a candidate to take on the role of Service Design & Transition Manager to ensure that our client's services are defined, documented and rolled out in line with the agreed transition strategy, and their service documentation standards.

We are recruiting for an experienced and talented individual to work within a high pressured environment to act as the key resource in coordinating and leading the service readiness activities, including; hands-on delivery of relevant service documentation; to meet operational acceptance criteria; and to transition the support into live in line with the overall programme deliverables.

You will work with a diverse team of professionals to ensure the success of the project service, whilst also being accountable for managing service requirements as well as to ensure all service management activities have been completed.

Requirements:

*+5 years Service Transition experience

*The ability to design and document end-to-end service and support models

*An ITIL v3 certification

*Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work as part of a team

*To have a history of hands-on delivery of service support models and knowledge transfer

Desirable:

*Hands-on experience with Exchange and/or Office 365

*To have had previous work within a multi-vendor team structured environment

*A degree in Computer Science, IT or Business Administration (or other related subject)
