A Business Analyst is required for an initial 3 month contract at a local authority based in Luton. You will be part of the Digital Transformation Programme so any experience of working in this kind of programme and within a local council will be extremely beneficial. The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs within specific areas/teams and generally in relation to the customer digital platform.

Key Skills Required:

- Process Mapping

- Customer Journey

- Holding Workshops

- Digital Transformation Experience

- Council Experience
