Our client, a multinational biopharmaceutical company, are looking to employ a Senior Data Scientist/ Analyst to join their team based just outside Watford.

The role will include, but not limited to overseeing the activities of junior data scientists, provide advanced expertise on statistical and mathematical concepts for the broader Data and analytics department, grow analytics practice through expansion of current solutions and strategising new solutions for business opportunities and identify what data is available and relevant, including internal and external sources.

The role will be targeted at candidates with experience gained in a similar environment with a strong software development background with exposure to data mining/model building using multiple technologies such as R / SAS / SPSS. Excellent interpersonal communication and client management skills are essential.
