BI Cognos Developer - £375-400p/d - York - 6 months

BI Cognos Developer is urgently required by a growing company in York to assist in identifying key data, transforming, reporting and providing dashboards that highlight performance against KPIs, trends and opportunities as well as imparting knowledge to other team members.

The suitable BI Cognos Developer will have experience working with Cognos 11 toolset, have solid understanding of relational and dimensional reporting models. You'll be working in a small team of 5 who are responsible for implementing BI reporting solutions and framework/cube modelling to business requirement specifications.

Experience required:

Advanced SQL skills (both interpreting and writing) Management studio - Tables, Queries, Views, Indexes

Developing simple and complex reports including list, crosstabs and charts with drill-thru capabilities utilising Cognos 11 Analytics / Reports Studio / Cognos Framework manager

Dashboards

Framework Manager

OLAP

Cubes/Dynamic Cubes/DMR

Redshift DB
