Project Manager - Prince 2 - required for immediate start for 3 month contract based in Northampton. The Project Manager will be responsible to ensure delivery of successful peak busy period in the clients calendar. They deliver smart card, ticketing solutions and customer service functions and the 3 months will see an influx of almost 200 new temporary staff working in production, call centre and fulfilment.

The Project Manager will create a project plan, assign role, keep track of milestone, resolving issues and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders. You must have excellent communication and stake holder management skills as well as a demonstrable experience organising and delivering large projects and managing a delivery team.

Ideally you will hold a relevant project management qualification such as Prince 2, APMP or PMP. Internal stakeholders include senior management, IT support department, contact centre and scheduling managers and production teams. The Project Manager will chair daily stand ups throughout the project and communicate with the client and third party vendors. This is a 3 month contract role for a Project Manager with broad experience and strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills. The role is based in Northampton, easily commutable from Bedford, Milton Keynes or Coventry. My client is looking for an immediate start, with the possibility of extension for other work to follow.
