Excellent opportunity for Design Engineer or Design Manager to join a growing company with structures in place in order to for the right candidate to progress into a Director position where you will be working in a diverse and innovative environment.

This company specialise in creating bespoke products for the leisure industry. They are celebrating 20 years as a business and 2018 is proving to be a big year for them with the company looking to expand their portfolio of products and create more bespoke designs and use different forms of technology to gain an edge in the market. In order to sustain their growth, they are looking for a Design Manager to join their team. There is a structure in place for this person to progress into the position of Director.

In this role the candidate will work on a variety of different projects working closely with Designers and other members of Senior Management in order to develop new and exisiting products and develop the Design side of the business for the futire. This is an autonomous position where you will have the chance to drive a key area of the business.

The person will come from a design environment and either be in a management role or be looking to make a positive step forward in their career. They will be versed in a multiple CAD packages and have knowledge of delivering different projects simultaneously and developing new and exisiting concepts.
